Care Instructions
Like all Gold Plated Jewelry, Pieces from Lunaya are subject to discoloration over a period of time. This time period can range from 3 months to 3 years depending on the care with which they are kept.
Please store your Lunaya Pieces in a Cool and Dry place, or in the pink pouch with a ziplock package provided to you with any purchase to maximize the shelf life of the gold plating. Keep away from any moisture.
Your Jewelry Can be Re-Plated at an additional cost of INR 250-500 in case of discoloration after a few months.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, Contact Us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
All LUNAYA products are handcrafted and unique, with enamel applied by hand. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If your piece is damaged, you can request an exchange within 7 days. Email hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and a picture. The cost of return shipping to us is borne by you; and we will cover the new piece's shipping.
How can I reach out for re-plating my jewellery?
Lunaya offers 1 free re-plating service for all our products within 1 year from the date of delivery. If you would like to have your piece cleaned or re-plated, please email us on hello@lunayajewelry.com.
