All LUNAYA products are handcrafted with love. Each piece is one of a kind, no two pieces are the same, Enamel is applied by hand which makes each piece unique. Which also means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website. We do not offer returns on any Lunaya products due to hygiene reasons. 

However, if your piece is a little dented up, you have 7 days to request for an exchange. Please Email us on hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and a picture of your piece. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece will be borne by us.

Can I get a refund on my LUNAYA purchase?
