Every LUNAYA piece begins its life in the hands of our artisans, in our family workshop in Jaipur. Each one applies enamel by hand, stroke by careful stroke — which is why no two pieces are ever quite identical, and why the piece you receive may look just slightly different from the one you fell in love with online. We hope you'll see that not as a flaw, but as proof that a real person made this for you.

Because every piece is made to be worn close to you, we're not able to accept returns. But that doesn't mean we disappear once your order ships — if something isn't right, we want to make it right.

If your piece arrives dented or damaged, just write to us within 7 days at hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll cover the cost of getting your replacement to you — all we ask is that you cover the courier cost of sending the piece back.

Can I get a refund on my LUNAYA purchase?
We don't offer refunds — but we do stand firmly behind everything we make. Consider our exchange promise above less a policy, and more our word to you: if we've gotten something wrong, we'll fix it, no questions asked.
