Every piece is plated and finished after you order, so it leaves our Jaipur workshop within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes 6–9 business days with free standard shipping, or 4–6 business days with express shipping (₹250 at checkout). You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is packed.

Standard shipping is free across India and arrives in 6–9 business days. If you need it sooner, choose express shipping at checkout for ₹250 and it arrives in 4–6 business days. Cash on delivery is available at no extra charge on orders up to ₹10,000.

Yes, you can exchange any piece for free within 7 days of delivery. It just needs to be unworn and in its original pouch and box. Email hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and the piece you'd like instead, and we'll arrange the pickup. Returns and refunds are only for pieces with a manufacturing defect, which we check before approving.

Refunds are for manufacturing defects only, such as a loose stone, chipped enamel or a broken clasp on arrival. Email us within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Once we've checked it, we'll collect the piece and refund you [to your original payment method]. If there's no defect, you can still exchange the piece within 7 days of delivery.

Options are available for purchasing a pendant either with or without a chain.

Lunaya jewelry is handmade with care and we know you’re going to want to keep it looking great. Like all treasures, it must be handled as such. These pieces naturally tarnish and all plated jewelry do lose a bit of their colour over time. This time period can range from 3 months to 3 years depending on the care with which they are kept.

Please store your Lunaya Pieces in a cool and dry place, or in the pink pouch with a ziplock package provided to you with any purchase to maximize the shelf life of the gold plating. Keep away from any moisture. With proper care your Lunaya pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
