Standard Shipping — FREE across India. Delivered within 6-9 days.
Express Shipping — ₹250 flat, PAN India. Delivered within 4-6 days.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available at no extra charge. COD is not available for orders above ₹10,000 — such orders must be prepaid.

DISPATCH
All our pieces are freshly plated and enamelled once we receive your order to ensure top-notch quality. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders requiring customisation will be shipped in 7-10 business days.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In rare cases, a slight delay may occur due to government interventions, natural causes, or remote locations. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural addresses may require one or more additional days. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Each order ships to a single destination address — for multiple addresses, please place separate orders. We ship only through reputed courier agencies. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt.
