Should you wish to refresh your jewelry, we offer a re-plating and re-enameling service starting at ₹500 – ₹1000 per piece. Please share a photo of your item with our team, as we reserve the right to evaluate the jewelry's condition before accepting it for servicing.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, Contact Us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
All LUNAYA products are handcrafted and unique, with enamel applied by hand. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If your piece is damaged, you can request an exchange within 7 days. Email hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and a picture. The cost of return shipping to us is borne by you; and we will cover the new piece's shipping.
