To keep your pieces looking beautiful for years to come, keep them away from moisture and store them safely in a cool, dry spot or your provided Lunaya jewelry pouch.
Should you wish to refresh your jewelry, we offer a re-plating and re-enameling service starting at ₹500 – ₹1000 per piece. Please share a photo of your item with our team, as we reserve the right to evaluate the jewelry's condition before accepting it for servicing.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, Contact Us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
All LUNAYA products are handcrafted and unique, with enamel applied by hand. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If your piece is damaged, you can request an exchange within 7 days. Email hello@lunayajewelry.com with your order number and a picture. The cost of return shipping to us is borne by you; and we will cover the new piece's shipping.
How can I reach out for re-plating my jewellery?
Lunaya offers professional cleaning and re-plating services for all our products starting from ₹500 to ₹1000 per piece. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or decline items for return and servicing. If you would like to request this service, please email us at hello@lunayajewelry.com.
